At The Tooth Furry, the focus is on providing high-quality, affordable dental care for pets. Understanding that maintaining a pet’s oral health can be challenging, The Tooth Furry aims to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible for both owners and their furry friends.
The Tooth Furry offers sedation-free teeth cleaning services, including scaling, flossing, and polishing for both dogs and cats, reducing stress for pets and owners alike. These services are available on a monthly, three-month, six-month, or yearly basis, helping to keep pets' teeth healthy on a regular schedule.
For pets that qualify for this service, they are gently and safely positioned in the lap of a trained hygienist, where they are slowly introduced to ultrasonic cleaning. The hygienist thoroughly removes plaque, calculus, and tartar from the outer and inner surfaces of the teeth, from the gum line down (for top teeth) or up (for bottom teeth). After cleaning, the teeth are polished for smoothness, and a conditioning treatment is applied to the gums to strengthen the tissue and promote oral health.
All K-9 Oral Hygienists at The Tooth Furry are trained in animal behavior, ensuring that each pet receives a customized, gentle approach. The safety, health, and comfort of each pet is always the top priority.
It’s important to note that this technique is purely hygienic and should not be confused with a medical procedure. It is not a replacement for veterinarian-prescribed care, and not all pets are suitable candidates for sedation-free teeth cleaning.
Our services cost between $100 to $350 per treatment. This includes our initial consultation, and ongoing recommendations to keep your pet's oral health at it's best.
The initial cleaning cost ranges from $250 – $350 depending on build up on your dog's teeth and time needed. Prior to cleaning during the complimentary consultation, you will be provided with the estimate.
