- Grooming Rates: Vary by time, breed, size, coat type, coat condition, and dog behavior.
- Cancellations: If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or no-show, the full grooming cost will be charged to the credit card on file.
- Infrequent Grooming: Dogs not groomed regularly may incur extra charges due to additional work required.
- Late Appointment : Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.
